Lobby Ambassador

Job description

The Lobby Ambassador welcomes guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure. Acts as a key contact point in the lobby, assisting guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information and local recommendations. Anticipates guest needs and provides personalized service to create memorable experiences. Escorts VIPs, long‑stay guests and special‑occasion guests when required. Maintains a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to engage proactively with guests. Assists with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and other requests. Supports service recovery by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution. Promotes hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings and special events. Location: Tabuk.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree preferably in hospitality or related field
• experience with at least 1 year relevant experience
• proficient English communication skills
• strong interpersonal skills
