Job description

Credit Control Specialist at the employer in the Eastern region supports the Credit Control Manager in achieving collection targets set by the financial controller. Leads full credit monitoring operations across Saudi Arabia, handling credit control, accounts receivable, and collection. Regularly contacts customers regarding their accounts, follows up payments, data, reminders, and claim letters. Enters data into the ERP system, reconciles customer accounts and sub-ledger balances, coordinates invoice distribution and payment collection. Assists in preparing monthly accounts receivable status reports and custom analyses as required by the Credit Control Manager or financial controller, maintains customer files, and gains strong understanding of ERP capabilities.
