Job description

The Senior Business Analyst will lead business requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination with technical teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements through interviews and workshops; managing stakeholder expectations; translating needs into clear, testable deliverables; ensuring requirements readiness for development; resolving ambiguities and gaps; evaluating solution options against system constraints; collaborating with engineering to define and support system integrations and APIs; supporting project delivery by aligning stakeholders and clearing dependencies; supporting UAT by defining acceptance criteria; identifying process improvements and enhancing delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5-7+ years experience as Business Analyst or similar role
• Proficient with Jira
• Strong experience in Agile environments, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design
• Proven ability to operate in client‑facing roles and manage stakeholders in complex, ambiguous environments
• Experience analyzing data for business insights and using data visualization tools
• Familiarity with compliance‑driven requirements
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills
