Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

The jobs in this level are responsible for supervising the complete warehouse operations and the personnel to ensure that products are safely stored, inventory level is maintained and personnel are trained and developed in the warehousing activities. This includes following all relevant Warehousing & Logistics instructions, monitoring day-to-day operations, negotiating contracts with logistics partners, monitoring logistics flows, and liaising with external suppliers and warehouses to understand material usage patterns.

Requirements

• Diploma in Administration or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management
• 2-4 years of experience for diploma holders or 0-2 years of related experience for bachelor degree holders
• English Language Skills, Professional Writing Skills, and IT & Computer Literacy
• proficiency in Commitment to the employer, Customer Service Orientation, Change Leadership, Developing Others, Directiveness, Teamwork, and Flexibility.
