Job description

The Senior Leading Architect leads the architectural team across assigned projects. Allocates architectural activities to architects, senior architects, and designers based on priorities, workload, and competence. Provides technical direction, mentoring, and support to team members. Reviews workload and resource needs and reports to management. Monitors design productivity, deliverable progress, and project milestones. Ensures consistent design standards, architectural principles, and engineering practices. Supports recruitment, technical interviews, and candidate assessments. Promotes professional development and competency improvement within the team. Location: Eastern Province
