Field Compliance Coordinator - Drilling Safety and Environment

Job description

Supports drilling and reverse‑circulation operations at Saudi Aramco. Ensures compliance with occupational safety and health requirements and regulatory standards. Acts as the field safety liaison for specialized equipment. Promotes safe drilling practices through audits, inspections, incident investigations, risk management and continuous performance improvement. Guides supervisors, team leads and safety officers to enhance safety leadership and field performance. Conducts safety behavioral observations, participates in equipment safety meetings and fosters a proactive safety culture

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Safety Management System for Front‑End
• knowledge of drilling occupational safety and health requirements
• knowledge of incident investigation procedures
• knowledge of risk assessment

• knowledge of audit processes
