Civil Construction Manager (EPC)

Job description

The candidate directs all daily construction activities on the client site, focusing on civil engineering and installation works. Ensures all construction phases are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES). Actively manages, evaluates, and coordinates a diverse network of local and international subcontractors to align with project deliverables, schedules, and strict safety mandates. Champions a zero‑incident safety culture and ensures full compliance with Aramco safety protocols. Collaborates with QA/QC teams to guarantee all works pass inspections and meet contractual quality benchmarks. Reviews and approves construction methodologies, project schedules, and resource allocation, providing regular detailed progress reports to leadership to mitigate risks and resolve site bottlenecks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• extensive, verifiable experience on Saudi Aramco projects as a Construction Manager or senior site leader
• proficient in managing heavy civil works and complex installation phases in oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors
• proficient in managing and coordinating local and international subcontractors
• deep knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety regulations
• experience executing Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects
• PMP, OSHA, or Aramco-specific approvals are advantageous
