Land Surveyor - Infrastructure and Urban Development Projects

Job description

Experienced Land Surveyor supporting major infrastructure and urban development projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for planning, executing and coordinating land, topographic, route and construction surveying activities. Ensures survey information is accurate, traceable and suitable for design and construction.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in land surveying
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, Geomatics Engineering or related discipline or MEng in Geomatics Engineering
• Strong practical experience in setting-out, alignment, levelling, topographic surveys and as-built verification
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate survey teams and manage survey information across multidisciplinary projects
• Relevant professional certification or membership preferred
• Proficient with Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Proficient in survey data processing, quality control and documentation
• Experience with BIM, GIS, 3D scanning or point-cloud workflows advantageous
