Interface Manager

Job description

the employer is seeking a qualified Interface Manager to join its program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. The role leads comprehensive interface management for a large land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh on behalf of a major government entity. Responsibilities include program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and strategic oversight to establish and manage the Interface Management Framework, ensuring full integration of external dependencies, utility connections, authority approvals, and package-to-package interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Development or related field
• Chartered professional membership or equivalent accreditation
• Minimum fifteen years of experience in interface management, infrastructure delivery, utilities, transportation, land development or major capital projects
• Experience in PMCM, PMC, EPCM, client-side organizations or major infrastructure delivery programs, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Saudi national preferred
• Proficiency in interface and program integration management
• Proficiency in stakeholder, utility and authority coordination
• Proficiency in third‑party and dependency management
• Proficiency in infrastructure and land development coordination
• Proficiency in permit and approval management
• Proficiency in interface risk and issue management
• Proficiency in program governance and reporting
• Proficiency in PMIS, EDMS and digital collaboration tools
• Leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills
