Job Description Summary: The Production Supervisor serves as a pivotal leader on the manufacturing floor, directly accountable for the high-performance execution of daily production activities. This role is responsible for orchestrating the efforts of a diverse team of hourly technicians to ensure that all assembly operations meet stringent safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Requirements

• Requirements: Technical diploma (or equivalent) with relevant industry experience
• Proven supervisory or foreman experience in heavy industrial or energy equipment manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex engineering schematics and assembly drawings
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for effective cross-functional communication
