Urgently required for employment: Architect / Landscape Engineer An architect or landscape engineer, who possesses the experience and technical competence necessary to work on projects and follow up on site implementation work.: 1 - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or any related specialty. 2- Previous practical experience in implementing and following up architectural projects and site coordination work. 3- Full proficiency in working with engineering design and drawing programs. 4- The ability to prepare, create, develop, modify and review shop drawings. 5- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing architectural and detailed plans and site coordination plans. 6- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and coordinate between them and other disciplines. 7- Proficiency in quantity surveying and preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ). 8- The ability to prepare executive details, technical specifications, and finishing schedules. 9- Review the plans and ensure their compliance with the technical specifications and project requirements.
