Sr. Account Manager, Quick Commerce, MEA-TR Delivery Service Partners

Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager to join our team in Quick Commerce. You will be responsible for managing the relationships with our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) business owners. You will work closely with the business owners to provide guidance and identify challenges and opportunities. You will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure the business owners comply with program requirements and provide support to them in improving financial, operational, and safety practices. You will be required to travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly. You will also analyze problems, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• 5+ years of team management experience
• MBA preferred
• 7+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
• Experience in transportation or supply chain
