MEP Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

MEP Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities to ensure the effective operation of the facility's systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair faults, manage maintenance teams, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements. The MEP Maintenance Supervisor must lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing technicians, coordinate daily maintenance activities, review work progress, ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on time, and maintain appropriate documentation using computer-based systems.
