Lead Technician

Job description

Job Description: The Lead Technician will oversee daily maintenance activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the facility. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting capability, team leadership skills, and the ability to ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities are completed safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include MEP maintenance operations, technical troubleshooting, systems knowledge, team leadership, and PPM & work order management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management or MEP Maintenance. GCC/KSA maintenance experience preferred. Valid driving license is an advantage. Technical Skills: strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills, hands-on experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems. Soft Skills: leadership and team management, good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage), ability to handle client concerns professionally, time management and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and during emergencies.
