Job description

Supervise daily the employer operations in Jeddah. Prepare, review, and submit shipment documentation accurately and on time. Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, customers, and relevant port authorities. Ensure compliance with ZATCA, MAWANI, and applicable customs regulations. Monitor shipment movements, clearance status, and documentation deadlines. Resolve the employer discrepancies, documentation errors, and operational delays. Coordinate cargo transfers and bonded shipments with SDES Dammam operations. Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare daily and monthly operational reports. Support customer requirements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in shipping, customs clearance, or the employer operations
• Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and port operations
• Familiarity with ZATCA/Fasah systems and shipping documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Good command of English and Arabic preferred
