Service Engineer

Job description

Works to support energy transition and advanced technologies such as biotech, AI, and industrial cyber security. Committed to UN Sustainable Development Goals by measuring and linking systems. Provides fast and excellent technical support for the employer Centum VP, ProSafe‑RS and PRM systems. Executes field operation and assists start‑up and emergency support. Handles customer inquiries, diagnoses issues, tests and resolves them. Participates in additional service projects during engineering, FAT, SAT and commissioning phases. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of the employer product portfolio including hardware and software upgrades. Implements system modifications and improvements. Maintains customer satisfaction indicators, ensures maximum equipment uptime and improves system performance. Delivers customized training to customers on demand. Contributes to service department growth by identifying extra service opportunities. Adapts to various work locations (on‑shore/off‑shore) and short or long residential support periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Control & Mechanical or Electronics)
• Proficiency in Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus, Profibus, OPC protocols and networks
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and work in a team
• Proficient in English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Strong knowledge of control systems (DCS), safety systems (ESD) and online maintenance practices
• Familiarity with safety standards and FSM concepts, TUV certification preferred
• Advanced diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High customer service orientation
