Job description

The Senior Project Manager acts as a senior-level professional on a project in AlUla, KSA, assisting the client during the Development Stage (RIBA 1-4) and overseeing client-appointed consultants in line with the PMC Development scope of services. Responsibilities include developing project strategy and feasibility studies, coordinating teams and resources, managing budgets and ensuring design stays within financial limits, assessing risks and creating mitigation plans, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards, tracking progress and reporting performance, developing procurement strategies and managing tender processes, and handling changes in scope, schedule, or resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning or related field
• PMP certification in project management
• MBA advantageous
• 15+ years experience in pre‑contract project management for mixed‑use assets
• in‑depth knowledge of mixed‑use asset types, regulations, best practices and feasibility assessments
• proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage diverse teams
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive‑level reporting
• exceptional time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• adaptability to changing project requirements
