Job description

The role leads effective implementation of works in fabrication workshops at the employer, overseeing creation and assembly of products according to sketches, specifications, and standards to ensure timely delivery and site installation. Responsibilities include implementing approved policies, processes, and procedures; directing and monitoring subordinates; contributing to continuous improvement; supervising yard erection, fit‑up, welding, lifting, and piping installation; coordinating fabrication, installation, and pre‑fabrication activities; ensuring strict safety and quality compliance; managing workshop production and man‑hour allocation; monitoring material receipt and logistics; complying with health, safety, and environmental policies; and managing people through training, coaching, motivation, and adherence to company values

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• proficient in Arabic
• 10 years' related experience in similar roles
• knowledge of contract management and regulatory compliance
• proficiency in troubleshooting
• knowledge of quality control management
