Tendering Engineer Intern

Job description

Support the tendering team in preparing accurate, competitive technical-commercial proposals for power quality products and solutions. Under guidance of experienced engineers, handle customer requirements, engineering documents, costing, supplier coordination, risk review, and offer preparation. The internship develops technical understanding, commercial awareness, analytical skills, and professional communication through live tender activities while maintaining safety, quality, and integrity standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Factories, Project Management, and Sales to cover the full tender and quotation process

Requirements

• proficiency in building knowledge of Power Quality products and applications
• proficiency in tendering processes, costing, commercial and contract terms
• knowledge of risk management, engineering methods, and quotation tools
• experience reviewing customer inquiries, specifications, drawings, and single-line diagrams
• proficiency in preparing technical datasheets, scope of supply, bills of materials, and compliance documentation
• proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred, other engineering fields considered
