Quality Assurance Intern

Job description

We are an AI start‑up based in Saudi Arabia leveraging Silicon Valley expertise to build innovative Voice AI and AI agent solutions. As a Quality Assurance Intern you will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure product quality, reliability and performance. You will help design, develop and execute test plans and cases, perform manual and automated testing, identify, document and track bugs, collaborate to resolve defects, participate in regression, functional and performance testing, improve QA processes and frameworks, support release cycles by validating features before deployment, and document test cases, results and procedures.

Requirements

• final semester or recent university graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• interest in software quality assurance, testing and AI technologies
• basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
• strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• excellent communication and analytical abilities
• eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• fluency in speaking and writing Arabic and English
• familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus
• based in KSA, preferably Riyadh
