BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer

Job description

The engineer executes testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Building Management System (BMS) projects, covering field devices, controllers, networks and system integrations. Performs functional performance tests to ensure compliance with specifications, coordinates with project teams and clients, prepares commissioning reports and handover packages, and supports site activities, system optimization and issue resolution

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS platforms, communication protocols, troubleshooting, and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of BMS architecture and field instrumentation
• Experience with leading BMS platforms such as Schneider Electric, the employer, Siemens, Johnson Controls or similar systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or related engineering
• 3-5 years experience in BMS testing and commissioning
• Understanding of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols
• Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation and technical specifications
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites
• Good English writing and communication skills
