HSE Officer

Job description

Develop and assist site management in implementing the company HSE Management System and project-specific HSE Plan. Conduct HSE inspections of work area, work methods, personnel, machines, materials, plants and equipment. Create HSE awareness through Pep Talk. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Advise and coordinate implementation of work permit systems. Inspect PPE and ensure 100% usage. Report to HSE management on site HSE status and promotional programs. Facilitate worker screening and conduct HSE inductions. Monitor first aid administration. Conduct fire drills, procure, inspect and maintain fire extinguishers. ADIS / PDIS and NEBOSH IGC are mandatory

Requirements

• General Diploma
• ADIS / PDIS certification
• NEBOSH IGC certification
• 0 - 15 years experience
