Job description

The Butler role focuses on delivering professional, friendly and engaging service to guests. Responsibilities include effective communication with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service, offering food and beverage as required, assisting with guests' plans and arrangements during their stay, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled and followed up, comprehensive knowledge of in‑suite services, technology and amenities, informing guests about hotel facilities, adhering to department policies, procedures and safety standards, and performing other assigned duties
