Job description
An Architectural Works Inspector is required to inspect completed works and ensure they match approved plans. Tasks include ensuring compliance with project technical specifications, verifying implementation according to approved methods, reviewing dimensions and measurements, detecting execution defects and technical violations, monitoring non-conformity cases and documenting them with photos and reports
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of practical experience
- experience in internal and external finishing works
- experience in receipt and delivery procedures
- proficiency in reading engineering plans and architectural details
