The Role of Technical Manager the employer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to support significant infrastructure and urban development projects in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on infrastructure delivery, technical design review, project quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the technical delivery and supervision of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programs. Review and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation. Ensure engineering designs comply with applicable design standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes. Identify and manage non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented. Review project processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects. Coordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders to address engineering and quality-related issues. Required Experience A minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant technical management role.
