About the Role the employer is looking for a Marketing and PR Executive to join their team in Jeddah, Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the company's brand visibility, expanding the industry network, and supporting business growth through strategic external engagements. Key Responsibilities Research and identify relevant podcasts, business presentations, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events aligned with the company's business area. Proactively reach out to podcast hosts, media platforms, and event organizers to secure appearances, speaking opportunities, and event participation for the CEO. Coordinate schedules, invitations, registrations and logistical arrangements for confirmed engagements. Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, establish strategic communications and support business growth. Track outreach activities, confirmed posts, upcoming events, and potential opportunities. Attend relevant business events alongside the CEO when required. Required Experience: Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of experience in a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing, public relations, podcast communication, media relations, or event coordination. Current connections with podcast hosts, media platforms or event organizers. Familiarity with the Saudi business, entrepreneurship and business consulting ecosystem. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Mecca, Saudi Arabia
