Job description

A company announces the availability of a job vacancy for Sales Representative. Searching for new opportunities and projects in the field of air conditioning and ventilation HVAC systems. Attracting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Communicating with contractors, consultants, and developers and introducing the company’s services and solutions. Visiting customers and projects and following up on technical and commercial needs. Preparing and following up on quotations and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant departments. Negotiating prices and contract terms and working to close deals. Follow up on sales opportunities until the contract is completed and sales targets are achieved. Follow the market, competitors and opportunities in the HVAC and MEP sector. Preparing periodic reports on sales, visits, opportunities and deals. Coordinate with technical and project departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Work location: Riyadh Industry: HVAC/MEP

Requirements

• Experience in sales, and good knowledge of the projects, contractors and consultants market in Riyadh
• High skills in communication, negotiation and closing deals
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships with clients
• Building a database of current and prospective customers with their information, addresses, and phone numbers
• Contacting customers or visiting them to promote products (goods and services), provide sales offers, and review their specifications and competitive advantage
• Verifying prices, granting discounts within the authorized authority, completing the sales process, issuing the invoice, and collecting the amount
• Collecting customer debts, registering them, documenting them, and submitting them to the Financial Department
• Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports
