About the Role We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of construction projects across Saudi Arabia, including mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, aviation, sports and high-rise developments. Working as part of our Buildings team and reporting to the Principal Structural Engineer/Structural Lead, you will contribute to the development of safe, coordinated, buildable and cost-effective structural solutions across the conceptual, planning and detailed design phases. In this role, you will undertake structural analysis and design activities, prepare technical deliverables, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality engineering solutions in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable international standards. Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, what Following: • Conduct structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and foundation systems. • Prepare structural calculations, analysis models, technical notes, reports, specifications and other design deliverables. • Support the development of structural plans from concept through detailed design stages. • Apply the requirements of the Saudi Building Code and relevant international standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE and IBC. • Evaluate structural actions including gravity, wind, earthquakes, temperature and settlement effects. • Coordinate structural design information with architectural, civil, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, façade, building information modeling (BIM) engineering and specialty disciplines. • Collaborate with BIM teams and technicians to develop coordinated structural drawings and models. • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, contractor proposals and technical inquiries. • Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, technical workshops and construction discussions. • Support continuous improvement of digital ways of working, and share knowledge and lessons learned. • Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviors consistent with the the employer Values. Basic Candidate Specifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution. • Proven years of relevant postgraduate experience in structural design. • Experience in analyzing and designing building structures made of reinforced concrete and structural steel. • Experience in supporting projects through the design, planning and detailed stages. • Working knowledge of Saudi Building Code and relevant international standards, including A CI, AISC, ASCE and IBC. • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Tekla Structural Designer or equivalent. • Working knowledge of Revit, BIM and digital collaboration platforms. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
