Technical Quality Manager / Success Plan Manager

Job description

Tasks include managing technical quality and developing a success plan. Take part in developing the key objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans and programs related to quality management; directly supervise the activities of managing and planning the work related to quality in line with the operational plans; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

• We are looking for a professional with proven experience in consulting, stakeholder management and customer engagement, as well as deep technical knowledge of SAP solutions and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results
• Demonstrated ability to establish, lead and maintain executive management cadences including executive steering committees and quarterly business reviews. Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and translating business requirements into strategic delivery outcomes
• Deep technical expertise in at least one functional or technical area of SAP (Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, SuccessFactors, Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Analytics, or Data Management). Ability to link business objectives to SAP solution capabilities and provide reliable consulting support
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption and value creation through strategic engagement strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex applications, mitigate delivery risks, and deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes. Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
