PROJECT MANAGER - Security

Job description

• Manage the full lifecycle of security contracts, from mobilization and site setup through day-to-day operations to renewal. • Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and coverage for all assigned sites to meet contractual requirements. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, holding regular review meetings and handling escalations. • Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and put corrective actions in place where standards fall short. • Ensure full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Interior and the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), as well as client security requirements. • Oversee site supervisors and security personnel, including performance, discipline, and training needs. • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments to identify and close security gaps. • Manage project budgets, control costs, and track contract profitability. • Coordinate incident reporting and investigations, and make sure lessons learned are applied. • Prepare operational and financial reports for management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in the security field, including managing security contracts or multi-site operations.
• Languages: English and Arabic.
