We empower our clients to achieve their electrification goals by providing integrated, turnkey solutions based on three core components: rotating machines, variable speed drives, and automation/control systems. With over 120 years of expertise, we design and manufacture high-performance equipment—such as high-speed motors for LNG liquefaction, gas turbine generators, and marine propulsion systems—tailored to the specific needs of our clients in the Nuclear, Marine, and Oil & Gas sectors. Role Overview This position is based in Saudi Arabia. Your primary mission is to oversee the installation and maintenance activities of our equipment at client sites. You will ensure that all missions are executed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Immediate Priority: SEC Project In the initial phase, your primary objective will be to strengthen our local team specifically to meet the requirements and operational milestones of the SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) project. You will play a critical role in scaling up local capabilities to ensure successful delivery. Job Description Key Responsibilities • Champion and develop a proactive EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) culture across all sites. • Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within a team of field service technicians and engineers. • Define your operational rhythm and manage the performance of your team to ensure project success. • Ensure the availability of adequate resources (in terms of headcount and skill sets). This includes managing and developing a network of external suppliers to complement internal resources. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Technical Support, EHS Managers) to achieve global business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in managing operational teams within an industrial or technical environment.
• General understanding of mechanics and electrotechnics to provide effective support to your team.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
• Desired Characteristics
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate diverging interests.
• Proven capability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and address critical issues with a sense of urgency.
