Job description

Join the Health Systems Services Delivery team in Saudi Arabia. Install the employer Healthcare equipment to quality and timing standards. Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within schedule and quality standards. Conduct corrective maintenance supported by tier‑2 helpdesk when needed. Submit service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation badges and field problem reports promptly. Identify customer needs and potential commercial leads during visits and provide feedback to management. Represent the employer professionally to ensure customer satisfaction in line with company policies

Requirements

• Post‑2025 Bachelor or Master graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex technical systems (asset)
• fluent in English verbal and written and local language
• customer‑oriented
• available for business trips within KSA with a driving license
