The Production Supervisor at the employer is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. This role includes managing the production team, coordinating workflow, monitoring production goals, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. ### Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production activities to achieve goals and deadlines. Manage, train and motivate production staff to achieve operational excellence. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain production records and prepare reports on performance metrics. Collaborate with maintenance, quality and supply chain teams to improve operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field. Proven experience in production supervision or manufacturing management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
