Senior Structural Engineer

Job description

the employer is seeking a skilled Senior Structure Engineer to supervise the erection and installation of steel structures for Overground metro stations, including platforms, concourses, foot overbridges, and roofing systems. This role is critical to ensuring structural integrity, quality, and compliance with international standards throughout the construction phase. Your role will be to supervise the erection and installation of steel structures for OG metro stations, including platforms, concourses, foot overbridges, and roofing systems. You must also ensure that all structural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
• 15+ Years of experience in Building projects
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, bolting, and erection techniques
• Familiarity with structural drawings, connection detailing, and construction sequencing
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD
• knowledge of BIM tools is a plus
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
