Job Description the employer is looking for an experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our Transportation and Infrastructure team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement activities across major infrastructure and transportation design projects, ensuring effective communication, alignment and collaboration between project teams, government authorities, facility providers, clients and key project stakeholders. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to some of the Kingdom's most ambitious transport and infrastructure developments while supporting project delivery through proactive stakeholder management and relationship building. Develop and implement stakeholder management and communications strategies for major transportation and infrastructure projects. Identify, plan, analyze and maintain stakeholder records throughout the project life cycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, municipalities, regulatory authorities, facility providers, customers and community representatives. Act as a primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, presentations and consultation sessions. Manage stakeholder risks, issues and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required. Facilitating approvals, permits, and coordination requirements with relevant authorities and benefiting from city agencies. Support project teams in obtaining stakeholder buy-in for design solutions and project initiatives. Prepare stakeholder engagement reports, correspondence, meeting minutes and updates at the executive level. Monitor stakeholder commitments and ensure actions are tracked and closed effectively. Alt Collaborate closely with project managers, design managers, discipline leaders, and clients to support successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with client requirements, project management frameworks and regulatory obligations. Saudi national. Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning, business administration, communications, public relations, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder coordination or external affairs. -Proven experience working on large-scale transportation and infrastructure design projects within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries. Previous experience with engineering consulting is strongly preferred. Proven track record in dealing with public sector authorities, municipalities, transport authorities, utility providers and regulatory bodies. Strong understanding of infrastructure and transportation project life cycles from planning to design and delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within complex project environments.
