Implementation Analyst

Job description

Join the Implementation team that deals with customers where you will help deliver high-quality cash management applications to customers based in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with your colleagues across Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Operations to provide a seamless and comprehensive customer experience. You will lead customer implementation processes from initial scope definition to go-live and transition to customer service. You will act as a central point of contact to ensure clear plans and their timely execution and proactive risk management. You will contribute to a consistent and high-quality methodology that works to improve the customer experience with accelerated revenue realization. Job responsibilities include implementing cash management solutions of varying size and complexity, managing multiple projects simultaneously, acting as a central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, and partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams. You will develop and maintain project plans, facilitate regular customer meetings, coordinate internal and external activities, and provide accurate status reports. You will review customer requirements and implementation documents and data, identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in implementation, project preparation or delivery within banking, payments, and cash management or related financial services, experience working with corporate customers and/or financial institutions in a customer-facing role, strong project management and organizational skills, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel, including maintaining tracking devices, data validation, and report production, and familiarity with PowerPoint and Word, strong data skills, ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash management practices, payment implementation, and governance lifecycle, exposure to the payments landscape in Saudi Arabia, knowledge of SWIFT connectivity and ISO 20022 payment standards and formats, experience with securities services products
