Job description

• Implementing the marketing and sales department’s strategies and directions for the chain by using the methods and tasks of the digital department. • Continuous supervision and development of all electronic marketing methods in the company. • Covering electronic marketing campaigns in all digital media. • Supervising the response to all customer inquiries and finding the necessary solutions to their suggestions and complaints. • Holding electronic competitions and events and supervising their implementation. • Continuous development of the company’s websites and updating them regularly. • Coordination to form a link between social media channel customers and the company. • Preparing policies and procedures related to electronic marketing and the customer loyalty program. • Preparing promotional and operational plans for the customer loyalty program system. • Create a customer database that includes all customer information. • Supervising the customer loyalty program system and coordinating with the departments related to implementing and activating the program. • Field visits to the company’s branches and training specialists in the branches on using the loyalty program and how customers can benefit from it. • Coordination with the Call Center Division to ensure the quality and clarity of responses to customers regarding the Awafi program. • Communicating with customers and explaining the features of the loyalty program and the mechanism for calculating the benefits resulting from their purchases. • Analyzing customer data and proposing programs and projects that will increase their loyalty and increase their purchases. • Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to his direct manager. • Carrying out any work assigned by his direct manager.

Requirements

• University qualification, preferably business administration/marketing
• At least three years of experience in the field of marketing.
