Overview We are looking for a Business Creation Specialist to join our Creation and Portfolio Optimization department. The Construction and Portfolio Optimization Department, part of the employer's New Business Development Department, plays a strategic role in shaping the company's long-term strategy. Leads efforts to identify and promote opportunities that align with the employer's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Includes sourcing and evaluating new business opportunities including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) · Buy side and sell side. As a specialist in Inch As a business, you will be responsible for providing insights into various markets, not limited to any sector, to uncover business opportunities that may lead primarily to transactions such as: acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures of global scope. Key Responsibilities You will be required to: • Generate new business ideas and evaluate their feasibility. • Articulate the rationale for pursuing identified opportunities that includes factors such as: alignment with business strategy, market trends, business and commercial impact and risk mitigation. • Engage with internal and external entities to be aware of current or emerging business trends. • Lead and conduct desktop market research. • Develop business plans and financial models and review financial models prepared by others. • Produce thought leadership reports that describe strategies, financial and operational performance of companies, industries and sectors. • Manage cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new business opportunities. • Continuously review and enhance business assets in process with best practices. • Mentor and train junior employees regarding skills development and business creation process. • Proven track record of emerging transactions that led to successful deals. Minimum Requirements As a successful candidate you must have: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking or related discipline from an accredited university. Advanced degree is an added advantage. • Professional certificates such as: the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or the Certified Management Accountant (C MA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. • Minimum 10 years of experience including, but not limited to, oil and gas, wider energy industry, technology, professional services, real estate and infrastructure. If an MBA or professional certification is not available, 15 years of relevant experience is required. • Industry experience or knowledge of conducting commercial and economic feasibility studies is required. • Knowledge of venture activities such as marketing, spin-offs, joint ventures, and venture development. • Strong financial background including: financial valuations and modeling experience. • Experience in developing deal strategy and market positioning. • Strong analytical ability to synthesize data obtained from various sources into a meaningful vision. • Experience with market information platforms, analytics and reports. Requirements

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS As a successful candidate you must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking or related discipline from an accredited university.
• Professional certifications such as: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience including, but not limited to, oil and gas, broader energy industry, technology, professional services, real estate and infrastructure.
