Job Overview: The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and post-launch activities. The role includes gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, preparing functional documentation, supporting testing and deployment, and ensuring solutions align with HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades and rollouts. • Collect, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs for Oracle Fusion HCM modules. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including core HR, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits. • Provide technical expertise and objective guidance across Oracle Fusion HCM modules. • Preparing functional design documentation, process flows, test scripts, test scenarios, and user documentation. • Lead UAT activities, support user logout, assist with testing, deployment and preparation for go-live. • Support data migration, reporting, integration, and security setup in coordination with technical teams. • Troubleshoot system issues, support post-go live activities, and coordinate with technical teams or Oracle Support when needed. • Conduct training sessions and support end users during the implementation and production phases. • Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements, system improvements, and best practice solutions. Required skills and qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT systems Information, computer science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications. • Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules. • Strong understanding of HR business processes and local or regional business practices. • Experience working on-site with business users, stakeholders and implementation teams. • Knowledge of integration processes using HCM and HDL extracts. • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, business process analysis, functional design documentation, UAT, go-live support, and production support. • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, problem solving, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred. • Experience with large scale or multi-country applications is preferred. • Previous experience in government sector projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred. • Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams is preferred
