We are looking for professionals with experience in: • Project and program management • Cost and commercial management • Project controls and planning. You will be responsible for: • Responsible for leading and delivering risk management performance across appointed committees, including developing and implementing effective risk frameworks and strategies. • Guides clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on all risk-related issues during construction establishing strong professional relationships and meeting client expectations. • Provides expert guidance on risk processes, ensuring that risks affecting key project objectives are identified, assessed, escalated and managed All effective. • Facilitate and lead risk workshops, working with project managers to identify opportunities, mitigation strategies, and reduce overall risk exposure. • Ensures risk mitigation plans are developed, ownership is assigned, and actions are tracked and integrated into project plans. • Lead the delivery of quantitative risk analysis of cost and schedule, including assessment of contingency adequacy within regular reporting cycles. • Produce and present comprehensive risk reports to both clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with relevant management frameworks and legislation. • Manage and direct team members, support resource planning and staffing, integrate risk with planning and PMO functions, and promote sustainability goals including carbon reduction. • Works collaboratively to achieve the common goal of transitioning to net zero carbon and shares responsibility for proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.
