In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of landscape operations, green infrastructure and maintenance activities across our properties. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals while ensuring optimal facility performance, safety compliance and cost-effectiveness. This position requires a professional interested in... Fasil has strong analytical capabilities and experience in landscape management and irrigation systems. * Oversee day-to-day landscape and green infrastructure operations, including irrigation systems, pumping stations and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability * Manage tree care and arboriculture maintenance programs, including pruning, health monitoring, pest management and seasonal treatments to ensure tree vitality and safety * Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules for landscape features, irrigation systems and pumping stations to minimize downtime and extend equipment life * Manage facility budgets, analyze operational costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and water efficiency improvements across landscape operations * Lead a team of Supervises and directs landscape maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Perform regular inspections and evaluations of the landscape and irrigation system. To identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and compliance issues * Coordinate with vendors and specialty contractors for landscape maintenance, tree services, and capital improvement projects * Ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols for landscape and irrigation operations * Use facility management software and systems to track maintenance activities, equipment performance, and work orders for landscape operations * Develop and implement water management and sustainability strategies to reduce consumption and operational expenses * Prepare detailed reports on landscape performance, maintenance activities, tree health assessments, and recommendations for irrigation Senior Management * Respond to emergencies and coordinate rapid resolution of critical landscape and irrigation issues * Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and landscape-related initiatives ## Qualifications 10-15+ years of landscape operation and maintenance management or land operations experience, with at least 8 years in a senior or supervisory role.
