Bid Marketing Manager Contractors and ASCO The Bid Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, managing and driving the commercial success of custom bids (Contactor, ATS and MTS) throughout their life cycle. The role acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) between key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, prescribing, consultants, operations and LoB teams to achieve growth, profitability and market share goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the offer lifecycle, new launches, positioning, pricing and go to market. Own a P&L presentation and achieve revenue, margin, and growth goals. Act as a primary point of contact (SPOC) across Sales, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders. Supporting prescribing teams and consultants to maximize bid specifications and project wins. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Track business KPIs and provide performance insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business, or 5+ years of experience in offering marketing, product marketing, or business development.
