Grow the employer's brand, revenue and customer loyalty through marketing, advertising, digital channels, accessories, loyalty, public relations and corporate communications. Brand Responsibilities: Develop strategy and maintain consistency of positioning, identity and messaging. Marketing and Advertising: Increase awareness and bookings through traditional and digital campaigns, media, social content, partnerships and launch funnels. App and Web: Improve UI/UX, customer experience, conversion and direct sales with technology teams. Accessories: Increase revenue per customer through product development, marketing and digital marketing. Loyalty: Build engagement, retention and repeat bookings through loyalty programs and CRM. PR and Corporate Communications: Reputation management, media, internal and external communications, and CSR, including disruption and responses. For crises. Performance and agencies: managing budgets and agencies; Use customer insights and track brand, marketing, digital, ancillary and loyalty results. Leadership: Align direct reports with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media analytics, or related field. A master's degree is preferred. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree requirements in marketing, digital media analytics or a related field. Preferably a master's degree. At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including 5 years in senior management in a similar role.
