RSNF Education and Training Consultant

Job description

The the employer is currently recruiting for an RSNF Education and Training Consultant to provide strategic advisory support on education and training, aligning learning strategies with operational objectives. This position will be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be an on-site placement. **Responsibilities** Primary responsibilities include developing policies, frameworks and governance models and evaluating training effectiveness. Develop and enhance education and training policies, procedures and governance frameworks consistent with organizational objectives. Create performance indicators and evaluation frameworks to measure training outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Providing strategic advisory support on education, training development, workforce capabilities, and future competency needs. Developing education and training strategies, implementation plans, initiatives and improvement programmes. Conduct training needs assessments, competency gap analyses, and workforce development studies. Design, review and evaluate training programmes, curricula, learning paths and development frameworks. Develop competency models, career paths, and qualification standards to enhance workforce readiness. Measure training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, performance results, and impact evaluation. Preparing executive reports, analytical studies, recommendations, and performance measurement dashboards for leadership. Support quality assurance, accreditation processes and compliance with education and training standards. Improve training processes, methodologies and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead strategic education and training initiatives, transformation projects, and organizational development programs. Build partnerships with educational institutions and providers Training and key stakeholders. Integrating modern learning approaches, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence applications into training practices. Promote knowledge management, best practices and continuous improvement across training functions. Comprehensive knowledge of education and training strategies, policy development, governance frameworks, and performance management. Experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, accreditation, quality assurance, and training effectiveness evaluation. Ability to conduct research, analyze complex information, develop strategic recommendations, and support executive decision making. Strong knowledge of modern learning technologies, digital transformation and continuous improvement methodologies. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience) Must be a Saudi citizen. Must have professional knowledge of RSNF management theories, policies, principles, procedures and techniques. Preferred Skills and Experience Master's Degree with 4-6 years of experience or Doctorate with 2 years of experience in education, training, human capital development, organizational development, or related fields **Advertised Salary Range** $46, $770.00 - $60, $800.00/year
