About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Civil practice, Saudi Arabia. It will support the delivery of major infrastructure and land development projects across the country, contributing to projects including roads, bridges, buildings and water networks. Working collaboratively with local and geographically diverse teams, you will assist in the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical reports throughout the project life cycle. This role provides a tunity opportunity to build your technical capabilities, develop your understanding of relevant standards and pursue professional engineering membership. Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, as follows: • Assist in the preparation of detailed plans, drawings and specifications for civil infrastructure projects. • Contribute to Road, bridge, building and water network projects. • Producing written reports for different stages of the project life cycle. • Preparing methodologies, case studies and supporting information for project proposals. • Apply engineering design principles, standards and relevant laws. • Collaborate effectively with local and external teams from diverse geographic and cultural backgrounds. • Organize workloads, manage priorities and support the timely delivery of project deliverables. • Adopt a proactive and collaborative approach to complex tasks and overall project delivery. • Support continuous improvement of digital ways of working, and share knowledge and lessons learned. • Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviors consistent with the the employer Values. Basic Candidate Specifications • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an internationally accredited university. • Basic knowledge of civil infrastructure. • Understanding engineering design principles, standards and laws. • Knowledge of current international laws and local Saudi regulations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of geographically and culturally diverse teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desirable • Basic knowledge of master planning and land development projects. • Knowledge of BIM and industry standard software. • Willingness to travel for short-term assignments. • Drive to become a chartered engineer or achieve membership of another professional engineering organization.
