JOB AT A GLANCE • Collector - B2B • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Department: Sales • Reports to: Head of B2B • Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary • the employer Waters is the world leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and the employer Pure Life in Saudi Arabia. • We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collector - B2B to join our Riyadh team. This role plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships across corporate, institutional and HORECA channels. A day in the life. • Manage end-to-end collections and receivables for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely payments and account reconciliation. • Conduct daily site visits and direct interactions with customers to follow up on outstanding balances, address billing issues, and strengthen relationships. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (finance, sales, customer service) to ensure accurate billing and payment processing. • Maintain customer payment records, credit limits and account records updated. • Analyze aging reports, identify risks and proactively interact with customers to mitigate past due balances. • Provide accurate weekly collection forecasts and status updates to management. • Ensure compliance with the employer's Code of Business Conduct. What makes you successful? • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, accounting or finance. • Minimum in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in the consumer goods or distribution industries. • Strong skills in writing Communication, negotiation and problem solving. • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • A valid Saudi driving license is required. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in the consumer goods or distribution industries.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• A valid Saudi driving license is required.
