Credit Review Manager

Job description

Lead the credit review function by assessing customer creditworthiness, monitoring credit exposures, identifying key risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Oversee credit review processes in line with approved policies. Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial position and payment performance. Evaluate credit limits and terms and recommend actions. Escalate credit weaknesses and emerging risks to stakeholders. Ensure reviews are consistent, objective, and timely. Align activities with credit governance framework and risk appetite. Prepare periodic credit and risk reports for management. Maintain accurate credit data and documentation. Coordinate with finance, collections, and risk teams to gather required information. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution

• proficient in Consolidation of Cost Accounts
• proficient in Financial Reporting
• proficient in Compliance Reporting
• proficient in Cost Control
• proficient in Cost Variance Analysis
• ability to recruit, develop and retain high performers
• ability to improve low performers
• ability to make timely and proper decisions
• knowledge of HR management
• 6 to 10 years of experience
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• ability to work with relevant IT solutions.
