About the role: To manage a self-directed cross-functional team to efficiently ingest milk and process selected dairy products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance standards (efficiency, process loss, zero non-conformance) by targeting correct product specifications, quality and safety standards requirements: The potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: • University qualification in Dairy/Food Technology • Practical knowledge and understanding of implementation of international quality standards such as ISO 9000 and HACCP • 3 years experience in preparing fast moving consumer goods • Experienced in milk processing • Experienced in Automation Control Operations • Commissioning some automated factories that deal with milk and dairy products Other dairy.
