Country Business Leader, PI (Peripheral Intervention)

Job description

The Country Business Leader develops and implements business strategies for Saudi Arabia to drive growth, sales, and profitability of the Peripheral Intervention portfolio. Leads business and marketing plans, pricing, and promotional initiatives. Builds and leads a high‑performing team, strengthens partnerships with healthcare decision‑makers, and oversees demand planning, inventory forecasting, and annual budgeting. Conducts market research, analytics, and performance assessments to inform decisions. Ensures timely product registration and regulatory compliance, represents BD at conferences, manages promotional spend within budget, and fosters a culture of collaboration, ethics, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• extensive healthcare industry experience
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• minimum of 8 years sales and marketing leadership experience with at least 5 years people management
• experience in multinational medical device or healthcare organizations
• proficient in SFDC and CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
• deep knowledge of Saudi hospital purchasing processes and tendering mechanisms
• strong understanding of Saudi vascular and oncology markets
• strong analytical mindset
