About the Role: CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Why this role exists & what is the overall aim of this role) To provide technical support and assistance on the dairy technology aspect of processing and manufacturing operations by involving in projects, production activities, innovation and continuous improvement. Requirement: Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: • Recognised relevant qualification from a Dairy Training institute ( Dairy Tech. Requirements

• Relevant recognized qualification from a Dairy Training Institute (Graduate in Dairy Technology)
• Extensive knowledge of high speed packaging machinery and control systems i.e. dairy machinery
• Juice processing plant

• Experienced in a similar position within a dairy or food environment
• Experience in the production of fresh and sterilized products
